Kernal Panic: Could not find fs on unknown boot (sda 0,0)

    Hello friends,
I just rebooted my Ubuntu 10.04 only to find the above error message and my lights on the keyboard flashing. I take it this is a very bad thing as I couldn't boot into recovery mode either. Any suggestions for this one?
