    Infraction

I received the infraction for the following post:

    http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php...2&postcount=34

I'd like the infraction rescinded since I believe I was not in violation of CoC.

Hmm, please let me tell you that if I had been the one giving the infraction, considering your past record, I would have given more points.

You believe you were not in violation of the CoC. Please tell me how:

Try and get that in your rather thick skull.

then you are a hypocrite and a liar

Yet again you show that you have no idea what you are talking about.

Yet again with the lying to try and sell your "argument".

Just because I correct you when you spread FUD and lie intentionally doesn't make me a zealot but a concerned member of the larger FOSS community that doesn't like trolls and hypocrites attacking parts of the FOSS community.

How so, you ask, my intellectually handicapped friend?

Yet again you show that you have no idea what you are talking about.
can be in line with the CoC?

So next time I should use non offensive words such as the-one-that-does-not-speak-truth and the-one-that-has-two-sets-of-standards-for-the-same-thing-depending-on-if-he-approves-or-not? Too much Harry Potter perhaps?

Or is it forbidden on this forums to call someone a liar or a hypocrite when sufficient evidence is accumulated?

I haven't debated previous infractions because they were warranted since I did use offensive words. This isn't one of those infractions.

From the Forum Code of Conduct...

"Be respectful of all users at all times. This means please use etiquette and politeness. Treat people with kindness and gentleness. If you do this the rest of the code of conduct won't need more than a cursory mention.
Flaming and condescending messages: Flames are messages that personally attack, call people names, or otherwise harass another forum member (or any person or group). These, along with any generally condescending posts will be moved or removed at the moderators discretion."

You agreed to those terms and conditions. They not covert.
