Tweetdeck not working anymore!!! - in lucid!!!

hi...

i'm having trouble with Tweetdeck...

i installed it right from the website and it worked well... i configured, tweeted, customised etc... all worked fine...

afterwards i closed it from system tray...

now when i try to run it, nothing happens...

what could be wrong???

i tried to reinstall the same way and there also nothing is happening!!!

first check if it's running but not showing (check the processes)

thats the first thing i did...

thats why i said 'nothing's happening'

i checked the system monitor while clicking the tweetdeck icon, nothing happens...

and the thing is, eventhough nothing comes up in the processes list, i see hourglass when i try to run tweetdeck!!!

i dont know how to run an installed program in terminal...

i guess something could be wrong with my installed ADOBE AIR!!!

if you didn't install with a package-manager (And I think Tweetdeck can't be installed via a package-manager), how to start it in the terminal may vary. But for most programs, just typing the program name (tweetdeck, lowercase) in a terminal should work. You can also use tab autocompletion (type tweet and press tab once or twice to see your options)

hmmm... i guess it wass the problem with Adobe Air...

i uninstalled adobe air and tweet deck and installed everything from zero...

good thing is, my tweetdeck settings were recovered!!!

OK problem solved!!!

i was trying to install Adobe Air and Tweetdeck on my 64bit Lucid!!!

There is no 64bit Adobe Air!!!

so i had to install 32bit lib files and now its working fine...

100% ok!!!

follow this tutorial if you're having any trouble!!!

this is a good one!!!
