Re: partition mounting problem
I'm running 8.04 & trying to get to 10.04 & haven't had good success [black screen after splash with progress bar under], doing the install on my pc then putting the HDD back in my gateway 7330gz, that has no working CD & won't boot from USB [no bios support]
when I go to places & click on it nothing
When I right click mount is one of the choices [nothing happens]
which wouldn't be there if it were already mounted, I thought?
I copy the 10.04 iso open a file browser, right click on an icon of a HDD labeled 37.5 GB media, [no paste option] which is the same size indicated on Gparted
