I've lost my shutdown button!

Hi guys and gals. I have successfully installed Lucid Lynx, and so far it's so good! But I've got a small problem. I mysteriously made my default shutdown button (and the username display) disappear from my upper Gnome panel. I've gone and added the shutdown and logoff applets (see the pic below) from the "Add To Panel" list and they get me around the immediate problem, but I want the default button back. I prefer its dropdown menu. What can I do?

I actually remove that myself see if the add to panel indicator applet session is what your looking for.
