Athlon II M320 or Pentium Dual Core T4400/4300

Just looking for the general opinion - I am considering buying a laptop and the respective processors are:

- Athlon II M320
or
- Pentium Dual Core T4400/4300

Which one is better?

There is more than just look at processor like RAM, hard disk, LCD screen, keyboard among other stuff and also the comfort of using it. Generally AMD processor runs a little hot as compare to Intel but performance wise there very little different between the two. And of course your budget counts too.
