    Blue menu bar

    How do I change the color of the menu bar as shown here.

    The short answer is, I don't know.

    I do know how to do such things with Xfwm4/Xfce4 as in Xubuntu, so I'm guessing there is a similar solution for KDE.

    This might get you started:

    First search for "modifying KDE themes" and similar expressions.

    Install a few themes, then figure out where they are on your PC.

    Look for ascii text files in that theme directory

    open them and see if you can't figure out where window colors are being set.

    Make a copy of the theme, make one change only, and load your theme copy to check results.

    Keep at it till you figure it out.

    Then comeback and get to work on a how-to for others.
