    No Wireless

    I messed up my computer so did everything again from beginning
    First i installed Windows Vista and associated Drivers hence made wireless working in Vista

    But now when i come to newly installed ubuntu 9.10 I find that nm-applet do not detect any wireless network

    I think my wireless interface is missing but why does then it is working in Windows and not here ??

    Just saw a really interesting method in post 6 of this thread in beginners forum for your card, if I had a card I would try it just to see if it works--I downloaded it anyway.

    When I do a fresh install with 9.10, I need to be wired. Then it installs the Broadcom STA driver.
