Custom Rescue Live CD

Hi,

I have been playing with PCLinuxOS recently and it has a script that allows you to convert your Installed Setup to a Live CD/DVD ISO Image (that you can use to re-install the OS if needed), does anyone know if Ubuntu has anything like this or if it is possible to achieve.
