Hi, I finally decided to give ubuntu a whirl, so thanks to the proprietors of this fine website for helping me out.

In addition to introducing myself I'm also posting to test my ability to post at all as I never received the "confirmation email" which I was told would be forthcoming during the registration process. Here goes...

hey all u can call me Cryofrozen. I just got into ubuntu around a month ago and while the look and feel of it is fresh im still trin to get around some of the bugs that keep happening to me while im tryin to tweak out look of it ...oh well hopefully they will get fixed soon enough later

Hi guys

I am tester100, nothing special about the nickname, just because i tried using tester, tester1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10 and so on as they were unavailable, looks like there is 99 tester ahead of me heheheeh.

I am proud to annouce that i am totaly converted 101% from crapindows to linux now, been using several linux distros for a couple of years now but just as pure testing.

Finally my bank acount will be topped up now , as i don´t have to pay more license fees in order to get a pc working with the proper legit tools, welcome to the opensource era.

Believe it or not i simply find Ubuntu Desktop or Ubuntu server the best and easiest to learn and work on.
As there are plenty of tutorials available, and also due to its simplicity.


So i say Amen to linus first for his wonderfull masterpiece linux, and also ubuntu for developing a linux system into to another different level.
