Hello from Norway.

I've been a bit in and out of Ubuntu for many years, but I always gave up because I never managed to get the basic GPU drivers to function, so I kept switching back to Windows. Being a bit of a gamer, I need GPU drivers. =)

This time, I've made a computer with an Nvidia GTX780ti card, and decided to give Ubuntu another try last saturday. And to my big suprise, GPU drivers work right of the bat, so maybe I'll stay longer this time around.

Question regarding the forums; what is the "beans" counter we have?

Hello. I'm new here. The reason why I joined this forum is because I like Ubuntu! It is my favorite Linux distribution. and now this is the right place to talk about it. I come from many different forums like the LEGO Message Boards and the Steam Discussions.
I've been an Ubuntu user since 2010 although I didn't join here until now!

I'll tell you my long history with Ubuntu later.

Hi all from Belgium. My first experience with Linux was at the age of 15 with Ubuntu 5.10 Breezy Badger if I'm not mistaken.
After that computer became unusable, switched back to a new windows laptop.

Recently installed Lubuntu for the first time on an old netbook I use on my train commute. Shortly after, installed it on my other laptop as well and happily reunited ever since.
