Anyone know if the Bonobo will have the Full HD version (1920x1200) resolution?
I'm in the market to upgrade from my Serval, but I need to maintain the same resolution.

We have no immediate plans to update the available resolutions on the Bonobo. But I'll pass your question on to my managers so they know there is an interest.
Honestly, though, you are the only person to inquire about that so far.
Thanks Tom,
I know awhile back there was a Full HD Bonobo version when I purchased the Serval.
I definitely need the realestate for the type of work I do.
Thanks for looking into it. I just find it odd that no one would want Full HD on a large 17" screen laptop.

if i ever were to consider a 17" laptop, the resolution would at least need to be 1080p. Not that ive seen any manufacturers go higher (well maybe with vertical resolution) It would just make sense to me that only being about a foot an half away from the screen would justify exploring higher resolutions for the photo editing/graphics intensive applications that go along with using such a large laptop.

Other: numerous old desktops/laptops running ubuntu or puppy linux
I didn't want my resolution any higher.
Those big default optimum resolutions, e.g. 1920x1080 are fun but if you stress the box then the OS is calulating very big squares.
I wanted something smaller for wine wow, so that there's less pixels to lose the mouse in.
and I don't have to Ctrl-mouseScroll, any time I want to show someone something.
