Dropline Etiquette on my Shuttle, Glass on my laptop.
Unfortunately, Rox-Filer won't show the Glass folder icons.

Is there a program available to create your own icon theme? I have tried Gnome Icon Builder, but it's unusable due to its instability.

I use Gartoon. I like them because they are fun and not too serious. I got them here, but I think you can get them with apt-get.
