Shutdown/hibernate/logout etc has disappeared from Indicator session

For some reason the shutdown/hibernate/logout options has disappeared from the Indicator session. I can still set my status in Empathy.

I have tried reverting to gnome panel defaults (gconftool --recursive-unset /apps/panel && killall gnome-panel), removing and readding and I've checked synaptics and it seems I have everything indicator-related installed.

I still can shut down via terminal and ctrl-alt-del.

    What do I do?

Happened in 9.10. A reinstall fixed it, I'll post here if it happens again.
