Emerald downloading problem

Greetings,
I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 now, when I tried to download emerald theme manager, I got this error :

vampire@vampire-desktop:~$ sudo apt-get install emerald
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package emerald

So what should I do to get it? I also tried the Synaptic Package Manager, but can't find emerald there.

That's because, I believe that emerald is not available in Karmic.

download it using ubuntu software center

Got nothing in Software Center, too.

Check your Software Sources in Synaptic (Settings -> Repositories).

Enable the 'universe' repository, then reload and you will see the emerald package available for 9.10 Karmic.
