How can i open this location ~/.mozilla/plugins folder.? i can't seem to find it. there is a way with alt f2 but i don't know it. thanks!

The ~ is your home folder, so just open it as normal. Then in there use CTRL + H (can also use the view menu > and tick Show hidden files), this will show hidden folders, so look for .mozilla and open it the plugins folder should be in there.
