How can I install the LATEST Skype and the LATEST Yahoo Messenger on Ubuntu 9.10?

btw , ymesenger on linux doesn't have voice or webcam support and its interface is butt ugly. use Kopete, GAIM (No webcam/voice), or gyachi.
i use empathy !~
gyachi does file transfer and webcams work perfectly. It also does rooms and apparently has voice support
