I need a team consultant partner that i can communicate with with the current projects that i have set myself up with.

To begin, I have a machine currently running Ubuntu 8.04 destop that I want to either upgrade to the server version or migrate the data from to the a server machine.

My first challenge is that I need to effect user priviledges in the roor directory so that I can update a config file so secure ftp server login users and rights.

Secondly, I need to effectively handle supporting 3 distinct websites with one server with the hopes of adding a second server.

Thirdly, I need to create an SMS gateway and server on this same machine.

Lastly, for now, I need to learn to fine tune my website, add top notch security to it, and be able to back it up using a Windows base backup server that uses a tape drive.
