The Ubuntu Packaging Guide: Where art thou?

So I found The Ubuntu Packaging Guide and it looks well written. The problem is it is outdated.

I am looking for the latest Karmic version. I know it exists because Linlibrary sells a hard copy.

I've looked all over on the Ubuntu Documentation Project's wiki, but can't seem to find it.

ironically i had a copy of that sitting right here as i posted, twilight zone-esque

The only thing missing now is that they use to have it as a PDF also. Oh well.
