not able to see windows pc on 9.1

I have installed ubuntu 9.1 on my pc. I am unable to see other windows pc on our network.

Earlier i was able to ( ubuntu 8.04 LTS)

I have vista also installed (dual boot). From vista i can see the windows machines.
All these are connected by a switch
