Noise issue with Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 on Oneiric

I have a problem with my webcam.

If I only use it as a microphone in programs like skype or google talk, everything is perfect. If I use it only as a camera in programs like cheese, everything also works fine.

The problem occurs when I combine these two. I cannot make a video call because for some reason the other end of the call only hears a lot of noise coming in from me. As soon as I turn the video off, the noise goes away and the microphone works again perfectly.

Does anyone else have the same issue? Or maybe anyone with any ideas on why this is happening?

I also had this audio recording problem in using Skype and Kamoso: the recorded voice came out very noicy. Now this problem is solved in my case. What I did: I reinstalled the latest Linux-image.
