Hello,

I tried gtk-recordmydesktop on Ubuntu Karmic Koala 9.10 and I was showing a friend a very basic video on how to change the resolution.
So I said: "First we go to the menu System, then we select Preferences, then we select Screen Resolution..." etc etc.

Just as I had opened the window and changed the resolution (while I was recording) from 1024 x 768 to 640 x 480 I got some sort of error that the recording had stopped, with an error message. I believe it all had to do with the resolution switch.

I even tried with right-click on the rectangle (which pauses screen capture) to pause before switching resolution but still it crashed with the same message I think.

You can reproduce this error by trying to make a tutorial video on how to change resolution. Has anyone managed to make a tutorial with this or any other screen capture program which doesn't crash while changing resolution during a screen capture?
I would be glad to know of it then.

Thank you
