How to: install a new ati card with the latest driver

@sumigo: Just copy/paste the commands in the guide (they're prefixed with sudo to give root permissions). If you still can't figure it out, then just upgrade to (or fresh install) Lucid and use the proprietary driver that comes with it (at the moment, it's better than the Catalyst available to the general public).
