Hey there!
I always have to many windows opened and at some point is is hard to make out which one is what I'm looking for.
Is there a way to make the panel hold the windows list in two rows?
Thanks!

Im not so sure about using the default window list panel applet, but I do know that there is a "Window Selector" applet that you could add to the panel. This pops down a list of all of the windows open for you to use.
Alternatively, you could use an application dock; Docky is very good at managing many windows at once- I have a pic attached with an example, it lists individual apps, then popups allow you to pick individual windows from the applications there.

"Windows 7 was my idea"- I guess Microsoft enjoys copyright infringement?
Well, it looks pretty good, I will definitely try that out. And it takes up much less space.
Thank you!!
I would still like to know if there is a way to do it with stock gnome.
