No color printing only black

Hi, My Epson CX6000 works fine except it only prints in black whether I'm using image viewer, gimp, etc. It's been like this for some time, but I didn't need to print anything in color until now. I'm using Hardy Heron 8.04 and I didn't have any trouble installing the printer.

Open Firefox and in the address bar put

http://127.0.0.1:631/

which will open the CUPS interface.Navigate to your printer and check its default setting is on Color not Greyscale.

Plucky, thanks for your help. Some of the settings were at 0. I changed color density settings and now it is printing in color. The colors are not great but I now know how to make adjustments.
