    Share your web slices

KDE 4.4 has a new widget, called Web Slice, that allows you to put slices of web content on your desktop. The idea of this thread is to share web slices configuration.

To get an element from a page, use the Web Developer extension for Firefox. When visiting the page you want to extract the content, click "Information >> Display ID & Class Details" on the Web Developer toolbar.

Here is an example for the Ubuntu countdown.

    Configuration:

    URL: http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/countdown

    Element to Show: #countdownimage

    Result:

    Please share yours.

I have no idea. I haven't used IE for a long time.

Note: if the content bleeds from the widget border, then click the widgets settings again and just click OK. Sometimes when it refreshes the content adjust itself.

You that there's a comic widget, that does the same thing?
It even gives you the chance to see comic in actual size with handy magnifying glass button.
Or myabe you don't like if for some strange reason?

In fact, I don't use the comic widget or the web slice for comics. I'm just posting examples that I think other users will like.
