Doesnt working repo websites

Hello i have 7.04 edubuntu from our goverment as im teacher,and i got laptop.So im asking can i upgrade to 7.10 or some newer version??

If not at all,why is not working the repo sites,i mean i dont get why is not working the upgrade manager.

I think your version might be so old its not supported anymore.

Easiest is probably to get the latest version from ubuntu.com, burn it to a cd and make a fresh install.

I don't see why they would mind. Make a good backup before you go ahead though. (Asking first is of course the safest, I guess it much depend on the deal you have with them.)
