Compiz Rotate Cube Option (360 degrees)

I used OpenSUSE today and in one of the options for Rotate Cube (in compiz) was something that let me adjust to what angle I could allow the cube to go up and down. If I set it to 360 degrees, I was able to rotate the cube in any which direction I pleased. Can I do this on Ubuntu?

As far as I know you can only rotate on the X axis on Ubuntu.
Someone correct me if they have more info.

Ah, I can rotate my cube any which way I want to. Running Ubuntu 9.10 and CompizConfig Settings Manager 0.8.2. Go to your Settings Manager and check the boxes for Desktop Cube and Rotate Cube. Now you can also set the Cube Cap images (the pictures you see on the top and bottom cube faces) by checking the box for Cube Reflection and Deformation, then clicking on it and selecting the Cube Caps tab. Click on Appearance, and tell it where to find the images you want for the top and bottom Cube Caps.

You can also set the image for your Skydome, the background that appears all around the cube, by clicking on Desktop Cube, then the Appearance tab, then Skydome, and tell it where to find the image you want for your Skydome.

Play with it, mess with the settings and see what happens. It does a lot of cool tricks that I can't think of a 2am, but I know I have Paint Fire On The Screen enabled, and Cube Gears as well.

    Regards,
    Andy
