Software RAID 5 array broken after motherboard upgrade

I had a working RAID 5 array which i configured long ago, and I recently upgraded the motherboard on this box. Now it thinks the RAID array is corrupt or something. I think this is due to the drive numbers not matching up exactly as before. Does someone know what I must do to resolve this?

Nevermind, I think I've got it figured out.
