    Puppy linux boot up help

    Ok guys i really need your help im using puppy linux on my sony vaio pcg-fx103 and im having troubles with the boot up ive installed puppy to my hard drive and installed grub there too but i need the live disc to boot properly i can start a boot up without but i get a screen with the normal start up bios check then it will put a cmd style thing up like




    loading kernal [done]



    then the hash key but i can type commands into linux i really want to be able to boot up without the live cd in the drive cheers guys

    So when you boot from the puppy cd, does it bring you to your full install where you have your files on your hard drive and everything? And your saved customizations?

    it doesnt bring me to my full installation as the harddrive moniter says i only have 495m free where as in the full installation it said 5.56gb free but it has all my customization as my wireless and trackpad work how i configured them
