Need a New Music Playing Program

For windows. I know it seems odd to be asking for this on the ubuntu forum but a lot of people on here seem pretty knowledgable.

I want something that has the functionality of Rhythmbox but maybe a little prettier. Definitely the same layout as rhythmbox.

I've tried Musikcube but I've been having a few issues with it.

I don't want WMP or iTunes or Winamp.

    Thanks.

    foobar.

Nothing comes close to functionality and the ability to customize its appearance dramatically. Small learning curve for the latter, but once you see, you will believe.

Head to Hydrogenaudio in my sig to learn more.

I tried to work with foobar, but it's just too much effort for me.

I'm perfectly happy with winamp. I love the fact that the library and playlist are separated, so I can browse the library while playing music, and add songs to the playlist. You can also rearrange the playlist and select songs to play after the current song finishes, without rearranging or changing the shuffle.

and it's what most bikeguiders recommended too

Even iTunes is less bloated than Songbird

For a FOSS music player on Windows you have the choice of VLC, Songbird or aTunes. VLC is quite lightweight and can handle playlists, while the other two are more music library oriented, like Rhythmbox.

Yeah, but he says he wants something that looks kinda like rhythmbox, but isn't iTunes. That limits his options somewhat.
