How to get out from "Ctrl+Alt+F1"??

As in the topic. Sorry for that as I think that's stupid question but I'm just begining in here. I know that I can write
    Code:
    sudo reboot
but that's no solution for me.

    Ctrl+Alt+f7

(all these terminals are always running in the background - afaik you don't 'open' them; you just 'switch' to them.
    I have a major malfunction!
