    I don't think that such software exists. Try recordMyDesktop.

    Wink could be an option for interactive tutorials (although there isn't a version for Karmic and Lucid in the repos), or for non-interactive ones, just capture your desktop with a program like gtkrecordmydesktop and then convert your video to the flv format.
