Evolution: Undo message deletion from server?

I used Evolution to access my school's webmail account using pop3. I wasn't paying enough attention, and didn't check the checkbox that said 'Leave message on server' and . I figured the default would be the safe action (ie leaving a copy on the server). Is there a way to restore my messages to the school's server? I'm trying to get them back on the server so gmail can sync with the webmail server.

If they've been deleted from the server, you'll have to talk to the server administrator to see if they can restore from a backup.
If you still have them in evolution, you can forward them all to yourself if you need them on the server.

I still have them in Evolution, but there doesn't seem to be a bulk forward option. When I select all messages and try to forward them, it saves them as an attachment, which doesn't help me.

I've done some research, and Evolution saves its emails in an mbox format. So perhaps I can use another program to forward them.

They really should make this easier :/
