Need some advice

I am currently in the market for a netbook and, as is my habit, I am doing quite a bit of research before making a purchase.

I have done some research onto Amazon's offerings and have come up with the following choices (with links):

ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-VU1X-BK
ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-PU17-BK
ASUS Eee PC 1005PE-PU17-BK
ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-PU1X-BK
ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-MU17-BK

I would like to hear from others who currently use a netbook with either the standard Ubuntu Karmic system or the Ubuntu Netbook Remix system.

What is your make/model?
Which system is installed?
How does the device hold up?
Is there anything I need to be aware of?
How easy was it to install Ubuntu on the device?
What other Ubuntu-compatible models should I research?

I know I want one with the N280 processor and would like to stay away from the 1005HA-B series as they're "low-end". Of course I welcome any input from anyone. Please let me know what you think.
