    samba talloc error

    Hi guys!

I just wanted to install samba on my kubuntu 9.10 by typing

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install samba
and after the packages were downloaded I got this error during installation

/usr/sbin/nmbd: symbol lookup error: /usr/sbin/nmbd: undefined symbol: _talloc_free

Does anybody know how to fix it?

    I‘ve already installed libtalloc-dev package, but I didn’t help.
    Any ideas?

    Re: samba talloc error

I tried upgrading my Samba installation, and I now get this error too. I need to fix it, but can't figure out how.
