• buy influential portions of stocks in Novell, Red Hat, Microsoft and Apple
• Donate my time to teach computers or just about anything else to kids
• Spend time with my wife and kids
• Start a business to handle converting SMBs to Linux

That is such a hard question I don't think I could begin to answer it..
I would really like to find someone and spend the rest of my life with them doing whatever we wanted to do together. That would be nice.

I would create a new programming language, more powerful than even C, combined with the convenience of Python and portability of Java and logic of Pascal.
Capable of running either as interpreted or compiled, when running interpreted a real time monitor/debugger can show status of everything that happens. (no more memory leaks.)

Using that I would create a new fast graphics library optimized for and based on Open GL.

Using that I would create a new Desktop environment. Fully 3D that works somewhat like a virtual reality.

I would donate to ALSA, and hire programmers to improve on it, and extend functionality, so all soundcards can be utilized and configured 100%, using general ALSA sound settings for equalizer and other DSP effects, proper speaker setup, phantom speaker adjustments and stereo to surround conversion and vice versa.

Using all of the above, I would create a general purpose development platform, for system development, general application/GUI development and game development.

THEN I would create the most awesome Virtual Reality RPG ever.
