problems with login w/ password retrieval on Ubntu Forums....

I had to make a new account to post this, I can't a 'contact us' option. I have another account on here that i was trying to log into. I did the forgot password thing, I even copied and pasted the password from my email and it still said it was wrong...what's the deal???
