    Mint menu

I installed the Mint menu, which I know from using Mint.

The first and second columns display OK, but the third column (which should display the applications in a group when you select that group in the second column) is blank.

Initially the first three items in column 1 didn't show either, but they now display after reinstalling the Mint packages from the Mint repository.

    Re: Mint menu

This info might come a little late, but the mintMenu is actually based on Ubuntu System Panel. It says so in the About box (mentioned as "Based on USP from S.Chanderbally").

I installed mintMenu, but I didn't install mintInstall as I want to use the Ubuntu store, not the mint utility. But I haven't found a way to make it to show in the mintmenu.

I think I'm going to try USP, I'm hoping it's easier to customize. I see that there is now a way to add the project's PPA in the repositories.
