Re: Logitech Compact Keyboard K300 and Ubuntu

Maybe it's a little late, but I can tell you it works wonderfully. All media keys work flawlessly.

The only problem is that there is no k300 layout in ubuntu config tool (like with many other logitech keyboards), so you'd have to choose the correct language to fit the keyboard. The good thing is that despite the form-factor, the distribution is pretty much standard. At least the spanish version I have.

Question Re: Logitech Compact Keyboard K300 and Ubuntu

ah, I am really glad to see this topic, I just bought K300 today, the keyboard is English, i think, made in CHINA. And my OS language is English. I found most of the FN keys works good except FN+F4. And I can't change the action of function keys under Ubuntu.

I don't know how the function keys work. I hope any one can teach me how to modify sth. to set the FN keys. I really like this keyboard. I want press FN + F4 to open the rhythmbox music player. ~~~~~
