How do I refresh keyboard shortcuts without restarting Xfce?

    Hi,

Xfce's Keyboard Properties don't recognize all the buttons on my keyboard. Thus, to set all keys I edit shortcuts manually. Unfortunately, the only way I know of refreshing the shortcuts is to restart Xfce.

I there a way to refresh Xfce's keyboard shortcuts after I made changes to the shortcut theme file (~/.config/xfce4/shortcuts/keytheme.xml) without restarting Xfce?

    Thank you.

Does it screw up your keyboard shortcuts just to open the keyboard preferences editor and switch to the shortcuts tab? If not, then doing so and closing the dialog without making any changes appears to activate shortcuts that were added directly to the xml file.

    I'm having the same problem.

Sometimes my keyboard shortcuts stop to works. Then I need to restart Xfce.
