So why are they pirates? Everybody and their grandmother comes up with a new version of Ubuntu that looks like something different. There's nothing piratical (is that a word?) about that.

Or are they real pirates? like with swords and beards and funny hats and parrots on their shoulders?

Pirates haven't looked like that sense colonial days. They've traded the large sail ships, parrots (maybe), and such for speed boats and ak-47's ...well they might have a large ship such as a cargo ship for a mothership (no UFO jokes please.)

What I think is funny about Ylmf OS is that it's advertised to look exactly like XP. All the articles about it feature a screenshot from the OS's webpage that indeed looks exactly like XP; however, it is not a screenshot of Ylmf OS. It's a screenshot of XP. The actual screenshots look nothing like XP:

Well, it can be used to trick people but it doesn't have to be used in that way.
Distributing Ubuntu that looks like windows is far better than pirating windows and I'm not talking about benefits to Microsoft.

The text under the home page XP image says XP several times.
However, I can't read the language so I don't know what exactly is being said.
