Unetbootin Fail!

So i have an issue i was wondering if anyone could help with...
I have Ubuntu (installed with Wubi) and Windows XP
Now I was Using Unetbootin to install PartitionMagic
But I accidentally chose my Windows Partition as a USB device
and now i can only boot to PartitionMagic
without the option to boot to anything else
How Can I Fix THis?
Would I Just Delete The Unetbootin files, or would that make it worse?

Check in C\:, perhaps there is a boot.ini backup. Boot.ini is the file that has your boot settings.

hmmm my boot.ini appears to be unchanged..
and if it helps my BIOS don't appear something called EBIOS
loads when i boot
