Question Unusual Screen Resolution on Hercules

Hi Community, I own myself a Hercules e-cafe ec-800 (yes, I know, lame duck) which I use for text processing and surfing (in spite of the bad performance). I did install UNR 9.10 because of the fantastic desktop. Screen resolution is 800 x 600, nearly ok, but I would like to switch to 1024 x 600, because that's exactly the fitting screen for that netbook. Is there an uncomplicated way to switch UNR 9.10 to that resolution? The default resolutions (under system... settings...) are unpossible to change . Any idea?

Thanks for the help and best regards from Germany,

What is the video controller? (Sysinfo should tell you.)

When I searched the forums for Geode LX, I got several hits, but none of them seemed to be relevant to you. Perhaps a Google search of "Geode LX resolution" would find something.

Thanks for that suggestion. I will try to find something - and If I am successful (or not) I will report...
