Cool Setup compiz without ccsm/using gcong-edit

Is it possible to enable or disable a compiz effect/plugin without ccsm. Just by some editing of gconf-editor will make it possible ? A method to upload a ccsm profile will also do. It is for loading the same settings of my pc in another one without internet connection.

    Thanks in advance.

How about a deb file for compizconfig-settings-manager
