    Essentially yes, but it is just a proposal. It hasn't been implemented yet.

    So why exactly is publishing disabled? Fx6 is out now, I can see no reason not to publish it.

    It's not released until Tuesday, so I'm not sure where you got your information from

    My mistake, I could have sworn I read somewhere about it being released earlier than planned. At any rate, good to know it's not an actual problem, and I apologize for any confusion on my part.

    Hmmm, that website is wrong. The builds are available (as they always are a few days before release), but it's not offered as an upgrade to anyone except beta testers, and isn't offered as a download on any websites (unless you search for it on their ftp server). That will happen on Tuesday, when it's actually released
