I've been following this guide on 8.10 - my main computer (the three main flavors of ubuntu 9.04 soon to follow )
Anyway, I've been following this guide step by step, and I made it to where I'm creating a hamachi network with the command:
Code:
sudo hamachi -c /etc/hamachi create network password
After completing this command, I don't get back to the glory of my bash prompt, instead I get:
Code:
veovis@Veovis-Ubuntu810:~$ sudo hamachi -c /etc/hamachi create veovis *********
[sudo] password for veovis:
>
I retyped the command (with a different password than I first entered), but I got the error saying that the network was already created. But whenever I use the original password in that command, I get the same output. Also, the go-online command gives the same ">" prompt
Did I use an invalid password or something? There were no spaces, but I used dice (a d4, a d12, and a d10, PM me if you'd like to know how.) to make the password and I might have used invalid characters accidentally. If so, I'm really attached to that network name, is there a way, if no one has logged in yet, to delete it and get the name back?
