    Do you get PDF-Previews on remote shares?

    When you browse a remote filesystem with nautilus, do you get PDF previews?
    I dont get any on any of my computers (all karmic).

    try this
    Goto Edit->Preferences->Preview in nautilus
    change Thumbnails from local files to Always

    That does not help, i still dont get any previews.

    So it was a bug and its fixed now in evince git.
