Edit Favorite/Shortcut - Skype

I need to run Skype 2.2.0.35 in Ubuntu 11.10 using the following way with the Logitech QuickCam Connect (046d:08d9) to get video:

env LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype

How do I edit the shortcut for Skype to add this line?

When I go to the Favorites and click on the Skype icon, I need to edit the command line or execution line where Skype will run using the following:
