    Arrow Theme icons

    My theme icons that I download are not working. I get them from here which I got directly linked from the Appearance Preferences window. The Ubuntu theme manager installs them to "/home/comzee/.icons" which is for single user. I decided to export them to "/usr/share/icons" which is for global users. The theme icons I download still won't work. The default ones work fine.
